Stories, Cinema, and Community: A Night with Bonnie Timmermann & Tony Goldwyn
On April 26, we welcomed two legendary figures in American film: casting director Bonnie Timmermann, whose career has launched some of Hollywood’s most recognizable names, and actor-director Tony Goldwyn, known for his iconic roles on screen and powerful work behind the camera. Together, they brought depth, humor, and heart to our screening of Bonnie, the documentary exploring Bonnie’s career and lasting legacy.
The film was followed by an intimate Q&A where Bonnie and Tony spoke candidly about the evolution of storytelling in film, the art of casting, and the enduring importance of championing bold, authentic voices. Their mutual admiration was evident and truly inspiring.
Guests had the rare opportunity to mingle with Bonnie and Tony over wine, snacks, and shared reflections. It was a night that turned our space into something more than a venue: a space where truly great art brings our community together.
